Person Centered Therapy, approach is particularly meaningful. It honors the wisdom and experiences gained over a lifetime while creating space to process loss, transitions, and evolving identities. By focusing on dignity, respect, and autonomy, Person-Centered Therapy encourages individuals to rediscover purpose, improve relationships, and enhance their emotional well-being.
